I cant even talk at a low volume with someone. Everything hurts my ears and tinnitus new tones are RAGING. I only tried to have a walk with earplugs and do some exercise (going up and down a staircase)
I get the ear fatigue too. I think it is basically like eye strain for the ears. The thing is...when you get eye strain, you can just close your eyes. Ear fatigue is harder to escape.
I know there are many people on this forum who avoid silence at all costs but because my T is reactive to outside sounds, I actually do much better in total isolation.
