First 6 months were like this both times for me. My guess is that when you hit month 7 things will start to settle…one foot in front in the next until then…you can do it!

@Barry098 , did you have reactive tinnitus? Did it spike easily and from what? How bad what your hyperacusis and to what degree so you still have it? Did your tinnitus get new tones and them get better? Was Hyperacusis following a similar pattern?
