@Safari1999 wearing ear protection at home isn't bad. I wear it for washing up or hoovering etc. Things in the house can be just as noisy. If the toilet hurts your ears, wear some plugs.

I wear when them while cooking and cleaning. Having hardwood flooring also means danger is always imminent.

@kingsfan that's why we're all going to move into a house together with foam flooring and paper plates. :)
