I find myself asking the same question. I've been using a steamer every day (morning & night), it may be helping slightly.

Also trying my best to resist the urge to pop them by swallowing and sniffing.

@makeyourownluck yes- you're right, don't pop them. I gave myself one of my worst tones by popping my ears to try alleviate the pressure.

@makeyourownluck I try not to but when the pressure keeps building its hard. I think mine reacts to the weather sometimes which doesn't make sense to me because I thought the fullness was from the noise trauma.
@Steph1710 I think I did the same very early on when I didn't know any better with my ear that originally didn't have tinnitus, only the fullness ☹️
