100% what @Wrfortiscue said. Do NOT do valsalva.

@Bambam0, never heard of Mucinex, but I'll look into it next time I'm ill. Over the years I've relied mostly on steaming with Olbas oil.

@Bambam0 TY I will pick some up! feels like a major sinus infection but probably Omnicron as Mom, daughter and myself have had all the symptoms of the variant. Daughter's test was "inconclusive" have to retake

@Damocles What's wrong with the valsalva maneuver again? Is it because you run the risk of blowing out your eardrum if blown too hard which then can lead to tinnitus and hearing issues?
