@ZFire Thank you, I'll try it! What else have you had success with? I have some NR and resveratrol that i haven't gotten around to trying yet since i'm trying to not start too much stuff at the same time.

Im also taking NAC together with COQ10,vit E,Bs, magnesium and alfa-lipoic acid. I also take quercetin+curcumin+resveratrol pill, but curcumin gives me heartburn.

I honestly think coq10 made H worse and nac gave me a runny nose and lots of fleeting T.

Also I want to add you can become mag toxic. If taken to much over long period of time

@Rockman you mean magnesium toxic? Had been taking it for a while but ran out. Maybe i should take a break
