@Sydney13 usually the next day my ears feel really sensitive and the hiss turns into a sharp reactive ring. I have to follow the silent protocol 5 or 7 days to get it back down

10 mins in a cafe did it for me. That'll teach me not to push through it :( should of left but wanted my Hot chocholate cause it was freezing lol
