How long does it last?

It's on and off and lasts seconds. Sometimes it's really painful sometimes not so much. It happened when i put an earplug in at work. I assume its something to do with that.

I have also experienced pain lasting minutes after tightly fit earplugs. The occasional one that lasts seconds and can be really painfully was not something that could be explained by anything...

Ugh so sorry to hear @Strawberryblonde , could be agitated from the ear plug for sure. Has your cold/congestion completely passed yet?

My ear plug felt like it touched something in my ear canal when i inserted it and ive had pain on and off since. It gets worse with bending over and moving the jaw too much. @tniuf google has led me down a rabbit hole lol

My cold is on its way out but still feel congested sometimes like i need to blow my nose and yet nothing. I assume it's from the plug, Maybe i have irritated something within my ear perhaps? Drs appointment soon if it does not lessen as its really painful. I have had trigeminal neuralgia in the past and do not want it again :( @ErikaS

@Strawberryblonde Sorry, hope you feel better soon. I've heard trigeminal neuralgia is painful.
