Can't win, @Guywithapug ! I literally have no idea what it's like to have a consistent constant one tone T sound because all my sounds are anything but that.
This is exactly what's happening to me for some weeks. Now it's two different types of Morse code. Hard to deal with .

I have been experiencing morse code lately too in the quieter ear but only when I'm exposed to certain sounds, it's super weird though.
I'm sorry to hear that. I know I sound like a broken record saying this but have you experimented with Lions Mane? I'm on day 6 and it's definitely helping
