High and lows with both T and my general over all mood. Posted yesterday how i was managing ok and the same night I get morse code in both ears and T has gone high pitch

@Strawberryblonde I get ALL of it. I keep logging in to find that something has worked from someone, somewhere, but at the end of the day, I still have tinnitus.
Not at all. I am a strong believer in crying when life sucks. It's the bottling up of emotions that makes things worse. So by all means cry
I would pay to be able to shed some tears. They come but not very often. I would love to cry for a few hours, honest.
