Wishing you an improvement with time. You might have a better chance since it was caused by medication instead of hearing loss over many years of unprotected abuse of my ears to loud noise.

@Mo8409 I'm not adjusting too well in 18 months since my tinnitus worsening. Anxiety/insomnia has been an issue the whole time, and the last two months, I've developed TTTS reoccuring ear fluttering in both ears and then hyperacusis. Very concerning and even more anxiety.
