Sorry to read you are still suffering the pain ( as well as the constant T) I use an Oasis sound machine for sleep if you are ever in a position to lessen your meds you could look into the sound machine xx

@hopefuldede can you tell me what sound machine you use please? The wall and ceiling fan even together won't cover the T.
