    I see back in 2023 you talk about gabapentin helping with your hyperacusis and nox, but then I see your response in the linre thread about Duloxetine & Mirtazapine helping these. I'm hoping you can provide more insight into what helped more or was it more of a compounding effect? Also for the D and M, did you start at 30mg or work your way up?

    If you read my intro I'm very much where you were regarding contacting agencies.

    @alanisnotadj you mentioned gabapentin helping with your hyperacusis/noxacusis. Did you have stabbing, aching and burning pain from noise? Which type of pain did the gabapentin work for?Are you still taking gabapentin?

    Hi! I saw on an older post that you'd had a lot of success with Gabapentin helping with your hyperacusis pain. How has your hyperacusis been, and are you still taking the same dose of Gabapentin?

    Hi, yes it is much better. I am only taking 300mg a day and it has made a lot of difference.
