    I have not tried any surgery. What kind of surgery you mean? Did you have any surgery for hyperacusis? Is it available in Poland?

    You can reinforce the eardrum with paper. You can also strengthen the middle ear by stabilizing the ossicles, and you can also strengthen the round and oval windows along with reinforcing the eardrum. You can also cut out the stirrup. I didn't have any of the above.

    Should I have ear irrigation (syringing) with T and H? I read stories of worsening after it. How to clean earwax safely?

    Don't do it!!!!!!!!! Please don't…. Just clean your ear with your pinky. Don't let no one stick any damn thing into your ear especially a dumbass doctor who don't give a crap about you!

    @stacey thanks for response. I send you a virtual hug. It's impossible to clean my ear with my pinky. Earwax is to deep in my ear.

    I've frequently read not to do it if you have H. The common advice is to have it manually removed instead. Good luck!
