    They are small hobbies like going to the gym, turning on the computers, doing graphic design, and I already listen to soft music. It's a great achievement because I've been like a vegetable all this time.

    My tinnitus also prevents me from gaining muscle mass at the gym because of the lack of sleep it causes me. It's so frustrating to work hard for nothing.

    "illo" I'm not getting used to it but I'm on my way. I don't know how I caught it, my doctor said presbycusis but I think it's acoustic trauma.
