Wobbly 1400 Hz Tone After Pressure to Eardrum, Quiet with Water/Oil Sealing Eardrum

So I have a 1400 Hz-ish tinnitus that was caused, and flares back up/gets worse, when pressure is applied to my eardrum (like inserting earplugs or headphones not carefully, or slamming door while inside car, etc), so basically very mild barotrauma I guess. Flare ups usually last about 30 days...

Are There Earplugs That Don't Seal/Suction?

I've used a number of foam/silicone/custom earplugs and all of them seal well as a feature. The problem is when I put them in/out the suction effect hurts my eardrum, and worsens my 1400 Hz (objective) tinnitus. Does anyone know of any earplugs that don't seal much? Maybe some porous foam ones...

Tinnitus from Blowing Nose, Lasts About a Month, Reduced by Ibuprofen

I've got a 1400 Hz fluctuating tonal tinnitus that lasts about a month whenever I blow my nose too hard or let water hit my eardrum in the shower. Pressuring my ears changes it, and Ibuprofen reduces it. What might be the mechanisms at play here?

What Kind of Tinnitus Is This (Changes with Sounds, Pressure, Orientation, Interference, etc.)?

So I have a tone in my right ear that appeared after an ear cleaning (with tool/vacuum by ENT) in 2015. It changes in volume, and changes slightly in tone, in response to many factors. Pressurising my ears, blowing my nose, water in my ears, lying down or standing up, lying left or right side...

Tinnitus Back Again After Not Noticing It for a Few Years

I developed tinnitus in 2015 after a music concert, a ~16 kHz tone. Then I developed a ~1.5 kHz tone in my right ear after an ENT exam/cleaning. The 16 kHz tone is constant, but responds to 15-17khz external tones (goes away for about 2 mins at a time). The 1.5 kHz tone is very variable...
