Anyone have experience with motorcycle riding + tinnitus? I really want to get my license
Still with the high pitch :’( Today I heard it (aggressively) while skating (aggressively). That hasn’t happened before
I simply don't want to have to casually explain the worst thing that’s ever happened to me. (And then be met with confusion or distrust.) My...
10/10 would recommend cat
Did I convince myself getting a cat would get me out of depression? .. maybe. Did it? No. Is it still the best thing I ever did? 100% yes.
Am I responsible for my alcoholism or is tinnitus
Seems I posted my 'succes' experience a little too early.. horrible increase last week. High pitched t cuts through everything (!) :'(
Studying in the US is a completely different experience. Also, cicadas are LOUD!
First panic attack in almost 4 months.. back to xanax after a sudden spike. Pray for me y'all! :(
I agree! I can still hear my tinnitus above the 'masking' quite easily, though. I suppose maybe masking isn't the right word for it. For me it's a...
In that case I believe hearing aids might suit you even better! Although I have little to no hearing loss, the option to raise the volume of...

This really sounds like I'm being sponsored.. I genuinely love this app, but I'm sure there are similar ones out there, this is just my favourite
Got the single J&J shot yesterday and I feel like I've been yeeted off a high-rise. T seems okay so far though
Also, I'm FINALLY getting masking hearing aids.. I'm so happy
Moving to the US in August! Should I be excited or scared?

Thanks to MyNoise, tinnitus has not been playing a super large role in my life recently! I owe that app my life..
Ugh this hurts
Also I lost the job that I got just last year. I was so proud of having accomplished something with t! Sad now
(How) do they cope? Do you know?
Downloaded a frequency app to make myself get used to horrible sounds. A very desperate attempt at habituation
It’s so loud guys:( I don’t care about all these frequencies anymore I just want the DB-level to be maskable, even just for a SECOND
Right ear sounds like - I want to say a fire alarm but then I might risk a lack of words when it starts sounding even more like a fire alarm
High and unstable ringing in left ear
My hearing’s gone weird. As in, apart from the tinnitus. Everything sounds weird and sounds hurt
I get fleeting tinnitus often, and when I do I’m always glad my permanent tinnitus doesn’t sound like that. Fleeting tinnitus is so loud it seems...
Newish symptoms: A low, pressure-like feeling. Fluttering eardrums, especially when I talk (?) & of course another good old increase
I’m on the train and I think I can hear my t through all the rumbling and mechanical sounds. (That’s what? 60db?) Help.
Now known as ‘the girl with the earphones’. But I guess that beats ‘girl in permanent state of serious mental breakdown’
So I literally haven’t stopped masking since one and a half year. There has to be permanent noise around me or I die.
I think there’s a (newish,) bilateral low humming sensation that’s almost pressure-like
There’s such a loneliness in not being able to really share your fear with other people.
Thanks for your concern, it was mostly panic as my hearing improved for a day (and is now back to muffled). I will be visiting my GP in an hour. I...
Left ear has been completely muffled for two days now. I really hope it’s wax but it might be one-sided deafness :0
Haven’t been sleeping, and when I do tinnitus wakes me up at least five times a night. :(
Also, I’ve been tapering off xanax. There’s been a couple setbacks and I feel like crap but I’m slowly getting closer to getting clean :)
Still coping by masking. I can tolerate almost all noises except the ones in my head.
[ATTACH] Oh hell noo
You have a fan laying around somewhere? Also you could try to find white noise on Youtube
I’m sorry to hear that! Wishing you all the best and hoping he gets better soon!!
New higher frequency sound above all the others, it’s been 2 weeks, I’m worried now
Got my first decent mark since t! Still feel like they might’ve mixed up the tests :)
Ineffective is a strong word but dubious or possible placebo might unfortunately be fitting :( Still, I agree with @UKBloke, it’s only a small...
Hi So this is a super long time ago but I’m taking it atm, did you end up getting any side effects from it?

It’s been two months after the spike, still no improvements
That’s very helpful, thank you for the information.
I’m not trying to be pessimistic, I don’t think all of them could be placebo but I’d like to have that thought confirmed, hence the question....
I was wondering; are there currently any credible reasons to believe the (mediocre) positive results as reported in the Lenire User Experiences...
Right ear worse than left ear. Although the main sound is relatively low frequency I can now hear it practically everywhere
