Have you Checked out the positivity thread? :) and I'm glad you're on the road to habituation. Soon you'll be sitting in a room and not even care about the Tinnitus :) living a life that you were meant to live!

Yea mine was completely fine all day. And I was sitting in class and it came back 7/10 for 20 seconds then died down in my right ear, and afterwards both ears beeped for about a hour, and now I'm completely fine. Absolutely puzzles me but, isn't stopping me ;)

You know that thought crosses my mind every day. Because I push it out and think of how fortunate I am to not have a real life endangering problem. Some cancer patients live the last months of their lives doing everything they could possibly want. But we T and H sufferers aren't given a limited...

Similar to amnesia if a human were to suddenly experience a brain reboot. And wipe clean, would the tinnitus be perceived differently by your "rebooted brain" and somehow your brain would not be able to hear it? It's something I would always think of because I was at the local hospital. And...

It gives me hope knowing in ten years! That's all we need to do, survive for 10 more years and set up an appointment for this procedure, and after it's done cry tears of joy in pure silence :)

A Absolutely loved this! I'm going through the exact same, and I hope I can go down the same path you did! But I'm really young (15) and maybe in my lifetime there will be a cure or treatment.

Well, remarkably I would sit by my fireplace. And today I did it and realized my T was gone, I almost cried.. I plugged my ears and heard nothing... It was absolutely divine. But I know this is only temporary for me. :)
