The last 2 weeks were probably the best 2 weeks since 6 months of getting T. It was lower than ever. Now it's loud again. I'm thinking maybe it's diet? I've been eating lots of foods with sugar and salt.

That's a hypothesis that's easy to test. Good luck!

Some people seem to have spikes from salty and sugary foods. Try and let us know?

@strato2009 Today I had sugar free oatmeal for breakfast. Then lunch had a greek salad. Then for dinner I had hard boiled eggs with some tomatoes and cucumbers. My T is not as loud as yesterday. I think if I stay away from sugar and salt T might go from 8/10 to 2/10. I don't know if it'll ever go away but I will be happy if it gets reduced. I will continue with my diet and keep you guys updated.

2/10 is a pretty good deal... if you can manage to keep it down like that, then you're in good shape.
