This is true anguish. My tinnitus just keeps getting louder, now it's pulsatile and is really affecting my hearing.

I'm feeling afraid of what will happen tomorrow? Seems there's no way to go for any relief. I have to take antidepressants, tranquilizers and sleeping pills in the hopes of getting some sleep. So many are affected and little is done. I've had to buy expensive machines with only the hope that they will help and am afraid to use them because my tinnitus seemed to increase after following prescribed instructions on their use.

I have tried sound therapy, hearing aids anything that I could find.

What will I have at the end of this ever increasing jet engine noise in my mind?

I'm sorry you're living in anguish and fear. I hope these last few weeks have been better. I wish you peace.

Pulsatile could mean it's related to a stricture in the bloodstream. Have you ever had a MRI to check for that?

(Btw, if you decide on having a MRI, make sure to get a silent one.)
