A Frequently Occurring Pressure Sensation in the Ear

Hi guys,

I have a high pitched sound in both ears since 8 months but sometimes when the whistle sound goes constant and high it suddenly stops for 1 second and I feel a pressure sensation inside the ear and then it restarts. This happens every week. Is this a sign of something?

My t stops for a split second sometimes .. along with feeling blocked in my affected ear .. my audio thinks its related to auditory damage

I usually get this sensation with fleeting tinnitus.
