I've been noticing a minor pressure on the left side of my head since the tinnitus appeared. The tinnitus was at least initially only in the left ear. I may noticed some in the right ear later, but I'm not sure. I was wondering how it could be related to my tinnitus.
Does anyone have any similar experiences or know of what it could be? I am aware that I could just be subconsciously creating the pressure, but I would have thought it would have gone a way by now if that was the case.
What kind of doctor should I see if I want to look for possible causes of the tinnitus? What kind of tests can detected something.
When I went to a general practitioner they said there was nothing they could do, and all the ENT did was look for compacted wax.
