A Pre-Onset Very Quiet Tinnitus Remains After My Main Low-Pitched Tinnitus Disappeared

I was thinking about something. I have always had a very quiet (though high-pitched) "EEE" sound, BEFORE my tinnitus onset in 2018.

I think that in addition to the main problem I had - low-pitched tinnitus - the sound I had always heard also spiked and now I feel like it is much louder than normal.

And while the low-pitched sound disappeared, this high-pitched EE hasn't disappeared.

Does anyone else have this?
