A Supplement That Resolved My Tinnitus

I took 2400 mg of ibuprofen and have had tinnitus since, it's been over a month since I stopped taking it. Still hoping it'll improve.

 

Watch out for histamine levels. It seems to be the lynchpin that affects most of my health. The more rigorous i am with a diet aimed at lowering histamine levels, the more likely i will have silent moments. I actually had a few days with silence, but like taxes and other annoying things in life, it came back. I try to eat far more vegetables in my diet, went gluten free, cut back alot on meat consumption, reduce sugary foods, and yes became super hungry and bored in the kitchen, but it helped and deviations bring the ring right back.
