I had been doing pretty well living with the T though still battling my prior depression. My doctor added a natural folic vitamin that hopefully breaks the brain blood barrier to help the AD I am on to work better. The last few days my entire head is ringing as well as an increase in anxiety. I really need to ride this out to see if it can help my depression but the spike has got me pretty freaked out. Any suggestions?

Try to use masking to cut down the effect of the spike. If the anxiety is too much ask the doctor to prescribe mild benzo like Ativan or Klonopin. If you can manage, I suggest you do some outdoor exercises. When you get busy with things like camping, fishing, hiking etc, the preparation and the process of it can take your focus from the ringing and the outdoor life can help the depression. Best wishes.
