Andographis — New Guinea Pig Data Based on Recommendation by Prof. Dirk De Ridder

Prof. Dirk De Ridder reportedly recommended Andrographis as one supplement to try for tinnitus.

I'm trying this for 30 days:

I don't expect improvement but will document results. Just another part of my effort to build data points (though n=1).

Besides of this, he is also recommending:

- Curcumin
- Boswellia
- Quercetin
- Vitamin D3
- Resveratrol

He says you should combine three supplements and take it every 2nd day. After 6-8 weeks you should know if it works or not.

How did the Andrographis go?

 

Did you try any of those?

I still suspect why I was in such a good place last year was the Quercetin - which I found out has potent KV channel modulating properties.

 

No, I haven't. Probably I will within the next months, but not sure. I doubt they have any effect in my case.
