Hopefully my tinnitus doesn't get that bad although it's really loud.

I've been reading this forum for close to 19 months now, and I recall only one or two posts mentioning the poster's T being so loud, the poster has trouble hearing over it. I am not sure how much hearing loss those people had. So it might happen, but it is extremely rare and unlikely.

Ototoxicity and probably cumulative noise exposure
My T spike is currently so bad it's pretty much the only thing I can hear... I don't have any hearing loss but this horrible sound sure makes me think I'm going deaf!!...

Ototoxicity guarantees hearing loss, who told you that you had no hearing loss?
