Another Tinnitus Sufferer

I'm not sure when it started..I've had this ringing for so long I don't remember..It seems though that yesterday it got louder. Usually I only heard it if I was quiet or paying attention. I don't have trouble sleeping but I don't think I get enough of it..I have in the past suffered from an imbalance in my inner ear. I also have some disks in my neck that have had the biscuit. If I sit too long my neck and shoulders ache and whenever I sleep my arm and hand go numb....believe it or not I thought everyone had ringing in their ears..Any suggestions, thoughts or comments...Help!

 

Perhaps it is a spike and may settle down. Have you done anything lately that can aggravate T, like high stress recently or taking some medicines that may be ototoxic to tinnitus?
