Anybody with Flute Like Morse Code Beeping in One Ear? Advice?

I've had this problem on top of my normal tinnitus for a year now. I wonder if it has something to do with a nerve. When I press on or around the ear or yawn, the noise increases. When I close my nose and blow air into the ears the sound changes to whoosing. The problem started when I was massaging my jaw, what a bad luck!

 

Since this almost exactly describes mine, I’m bumping this. Yawning/pressing in the affected ear also increases intensity of morse code. Closing my nose and blowing doesn’t affect it though.

After disappearing for 6 months, it came back and has been overall worse the past couple months. What gives?
