      Hi there,

I developed pulsatile tinnitus about 2 months ago after months of high anxiety and stress. For the most part my anxiety is under control now but the pulsatile tinnitus remains.

Just wondering if the development of pulsatile tinnitus is related to all this or just unlucky timing?

I am going for a scan on Friday so I am getting it looked at.

I experience the same. Do you have any updates?

@Hamsti, I have regular tinnitus and hearing loss but wonder if a recent spike was stress/anxiety related. Timing sure seemed right.

I am no expert but have you ever tried going for a good professional message. Never tried it myself but don’t see how it could hurt.

My tinnitus isn't pulsating but it most definitely spikes when there are stressful times in my life.

I've personally experienced this so yes it definitely can bring it on. It seems to fade off though much faster than any of the other tinnitus I have. It can get quite intense when under stress, but I know it's a temporary increase.
