Anyone Flew Drones with Tinnitus?

I am thinking of buying a drone DJI Mavic Pro, but then it sounds noisy in YouTube videos... Any one flew drones? Was it ok?

I have used a loud DJI Phantom 3 Pro, and it's nothing compared to the Mavic (which is maybe twice as silent), without any problems.

There is absolutely nothing to fear about drones, a door slamming is 10 times louder

A while ago @meeruf has posted about having lots of fun flying his quadcopter. Not sure if it is similar to the drone you mention. You can read this up. He said he found his perfect hobby for tinnitus flying quadcopter. But each person may be different. Check this out:

Technically tinnitus is a drone inside each of our heads. The size of the drone as reflected on this forum depends on the individual. I am not sure why somebody would want one both inside and outside but to each his own. I am waiting for them...whoever they are....to invent a controller to turn off the drone inside my head. Maybe drones will be the new masking agent for tinnitus.

You should not be near the drone when it takes off so no problem at all with the noise, I flew a lot of them (some of them big)

Thanks for the replies....just thinking does it come close enough to be noisy when it is tracking/following you.

In any case, it won't be a noise trauma. Try it and you'll see if you need earplugs.

But it shouldn't come too close, or you're not safe.
