I have had tinnitus for 20 years and recently had a spike in the intensity of the sounds a few months ago. I took Ativan many years ago and went back to my doc to get a new script to manage the higher anxiety related to this change in the tinnitus levels. My first dose (1mg) was today and I can tell a difference in my tinnitus and/or a reduction in the anxiety....probably related. Thought I would pass this along.
