Audiologist Alan Hopkirk — Experiences?

Just wondering if anyone has any experience with Alan Hopkirk? I am currently on a virtual group therapy session with him and he seems very good and knowledgeable. I would be keen to know people's thoughts as I am considering contacting him for private treatment.
