Beconase

I'm trying not to freak out, my usually stable tinnitus, has suddenly gone through roof, it's like a droning jet engine, worse in the left ear, combined with a high pitch screech. I recently started using Beconase nasal spray & am wondering if this could be the cause. Has anyone had any bad tinnitus experience with this stuff?
