Best Protection for Ears?

Assaulted where? Best is double protection, earplugs (large foam ones or custom) and industrial earmuffs.

Which ones specifically, if you know. My baby cries at almost 90db if you can believe it and she cries a lot. Yesterday I went for an MRI and now it is very bad.

I like heros xtreme earplugs, but that's because I have large ear canals.

As far as earmuffs it's a matter of fit. I can't really say. Anything over 30db NRR.
