      I was enjoying my time outside while riding my bike and a boat was behind me.

      While they were taking off, they decided to be a butthole and blow the horn right near me. I was literally a few meters away from it.

      It didn't affect me or my tinnitus at first but now I'm feeling stuffiness. It feels like when you just get off of a plane and your ears are clogged.

      My right ear randomly goes out sometimes, like a spike. Its been a year since I've had T and I was doing fine.

      I hope this is not a permanent spike after I worked so hard to ignore it.

      Normally this would cause temporary spike for me . Let's see how your ears react .

      Try and not be your own worst ennemy in this situation. You know how T works right... :

      "I'm having a T spike-----stress
      Is it going to stay ? ------ + stress
      Why do these a..ho.. used the horn near me ? ---- anger----- ++ stress
      Am I going to get better ? ------- +++ stress
      What if it stays ? ------------- +++++++ stress

      ++++++ stress = +++++ spikes"

      Try and not to panic, I'm pretty confident your ears will go back to normal :)
      You said it yourself : you didn't notice any change at first. Believe me, if you had had a trauma, you would have noticed right away.
      Maybe your spike is partly due to the fact you worried about that noise, so you paid more attention to your ears = increase stress - increase T.
