      Probably headphones
There's another thread about this topic here. Silent reflux can definetly cause sinus problems, which may affect hearing, so it's not totally out of the question in my opinion.

So my T comes and goes. I have said this before: two days on, two off, nine days on, ten days off, etc. Every scan in the world of my head - and no real cause has been found.

I am now noticing that if I sleep face down, even sometimes for an hour, then the T goes away. Other times I bend over or squat for 10 or 20 minutes it can go away. I am even feeling that I can turn it off just be altering my posture. And when I burp it spikes (when the T is in an off period).

Could there be something in the gut that twists or bends in a certain way that causes T? Is it caused by a reflex?

Or maybe a blockage or accumulation of something? Is it diet perhaps?
