I have promised my friends and most importantly myself that I would buy a gym card.

But the problem is my tinnitus, should I buy the gym card or will it definitely make my tinnitus louder so that I shouldn't buy it?

Go along to the gym to see if it's loud or quiet and see what gym equiment you are thinking of using.
      One thing to remember is
when you go you come out feeling good and happy to go back.
This means don't over do it and ache all over all week.
See if you can have a few weeks before paying a yearly membership.
      Love glynis

The gym has done wonders for me to burn off anxiety. I also find it has enough white noise that I don't hear my T. Unfortunately today I was on the treadmill and some guy using too much weight slammed them down and it occurred to me that I need to be careful and should have ear protection in case someone accidentally raises the volume of the music.

I will go to our schools gym first. There are only few people there. And then I will go to the big gym where all my friends are if my T doesn't become worse.
