Does anybody know if Neck Tinnitus/TMJ can cause hyperacusis? Or it can be caused only by damage in cochlear/acoustic system?

There is strong evidence that my tinnitus comes from my neck but I also have hyperacusis.

I got hyperacusis, tinnitus, and TTTS shortly after painful dental work. I don't know 100% if that was the cause but it does seem very suspicious.
