Change in My Tinnitus — Need Some Help

So I've had T for about 4.5 years now; it was caused by stupidly not having enough ear protection at concerts.

Anyways, my T has changed in the past 2-3 weeks from being a constant background ringing to hearing a sharp noise spike in my left ear every few seconds on top of the background ringing. This change has been really hard to deal with. I want to know if anyone else is experiencing this type of T.

Welcome to the forum. This intermittent high pitch ringing may be described by others as beeping or morse code form of T. Yes, many members have this and yet habituate to it. Below are two such success stories. Check it out and perhaps message the OPs how they can habituate to that. Take good care. God bless.
