So I have T in both ears, two different sounds, and I've read that it's common for people with T to have these spikes, and they're even common when you don't have T.

But when I chew, swallow, move my head, or tense my neck in any way (even to the right) I ONLY get a T increase on my LEFT side. My teeth are more worn on the left than the right too... Could it be mild TMJ?
