      Sudden profound hearing loss in left ear.
      New Year's Eve with tinnitus.......
      Reservations for two before the restaurant got busy (5:00pm). My husband and I enjoyed lobster and filet mignon. Another couple is on their way to our home now to drink tequila, play pool, darts, foosball, etc. They will probably sleep in our guest room tonight because of so much snow here. Life is different but still good!

      Another year past and a new one ahead. To those of us who long for the sound of silence I wish you all the best. Hopefully with a new year there will be progress on the scientific front. Never stop trying to find answers and never lose hope.
