Does anyone else have this? I assume it's stress and anxiety related and is so much worse now that it's Winter.

Supposedly some ADs can help with this too. I was also prescribed a blood pressure drug which apparently helps but I decided against using that one.

Just been out in the 0 degree outdoors for a couple hours with gloves and still got a couple of completely white fingers. I hate this cold.

Yeah, it sucks. I wish it was March gain.
Where are you from, I'm from the Netherlands, NW-Europe.

I wish I was in Greece or Spain now.

I'm from the north of England. It's slightly colder up here in general and has been a very cold week.

I hate winter and cold climate. Eveything below 30 degrees Celsius is cold.

I do have it. The only way to fight it is to keep yourself warm.

I know, just so much harder when it's so cold everywhere.

I like the cold dark snowy days now with T for some reason. I don't feel the cold as much these days, my T takes my mind off everything, I go out and freeze myself skating for a couple of hours some days, I don't remember being this resilient and numb to half frozen limbs prior to T.

Nearly 0 degrees in Germany. If I am outside and tremor, I don't know if it is the cold or the anxiety.

I've been taking Kelp pills (iodine) and I don't seem to be as cold. Check out the reviews on Amazon, seems to help a lot of people.

I've looked into them before but I think they only help if you're low on iodine which shouldn't happen with a healthy diet. I might give them a go sometime but I don't hold out much hope.
