- Cause of Tinnitus
- Caused by stress and music as far as I know
Hi there,
After more than a decade with no significant help from the medical field, I have received new insight from a homeopath who himself was able to rid himself from tinnitus.
Basically he states that quite often tinnitus is caused by tension in the neck and jaw. I have a very stiff neck and tend to clench my teeth on a regular basis but i had never made the connection. I thought that was very interesting and i am currently doing acupuncture under his guidance to release all the tension. I have to remind myself on a daily basis of letting loose my jaw, and relax.
Self massaging tools such as body back buddy and neck massagers have been a great help to alleviate my stress, and i can't recommend them highly enough to all of you.
I am also taking ginkgo biloba and hawthorne berry/ leaves extract twice daily, as I have read they must be taken in tandem to show results over months.
I am also supplementing in amino acids such as arginine/acetyl l carnitine/alpha lipoic acid combination and have seen very tangible and direct results in the level of my T and anxiety.
Unfortunately, i foolishly took a supplement this week containing maltodextrine and my tinnitus and anxiety has now blown off the roof again. The crazy thing about tinnitus is that any progress i have made can and will be offset in a minute if i eat a bag of chips or chocolate bar.
Tinnitus has taught me strict discipline at all times, and that is not easy, to say the least, to sustain always. But i am learning.
May we find serenity and peace.
