Do You Ever Feel Your Tinnitus Around Your Neck?

      Tinnitus Since:
      09/2015
      Right now, thankfully, I'm having a low day. Right now it's just a low hiss. I hear it but it can be masked easily. Hopefully it stays this way. I may be able to live like this. Just maybe. But anyways what is bothering now is that I feel my tinnitus around my lower head/neck. You all ever feel this? Is it permanent?
