Basically, I would like for a family member to listen to it for 12 hours straight so they would understand how bothersome it can really be. I have a feeling they would take off the headphones really quick. I don't know where to get such a sound effect. Do you think this is a good idea or bad idea? It seems like the only way people truly understand something is for them to experience it.

Lol. I think I told my husband at one point that he should do this. He said that he didn't need to because he got the idea. I don't think so. Anyway you can never replicate the feeling of not being able to get away from this.
