Try this one! I listen to this one every other night if my T is annoying; I turn it down low and boom I'm asleep in no time
      Playlist: Sleep Better

      Hope it helps!
      Good night,

Thank you for sharing! I feel like I'm near a river while listening this (y)
I also find hair dryer sound of huge help when T bothers me a lot at night
There are various types of hair dryer sound on youtube so you can choose which one best suits you.

As well, I found out (like 2 years ago or so) that sound can help treat headaches and migraines :wideyed:
I was really fascinated with that because I never liked taking pills of any kind.
So since then, whenever I get headache, migraine (it usually culminates at night) I turn on the sound below and I go to sleep. It's kinda amazing because I can feel those waves taking the pain away, it fades away..and with that feeling I fall asleep

Music to help soothe your mind: migraines,...

That's cool! I like the visuals I might give this one a go. I also listen to cricket sounds for sleep, really does help and it doesn't bother my hubby when I listen to it.
