Ive been noticing my tinnitus more lately and when I really focus on it it gets way louder and a second sound that is pretty scary starts to get loud. Ive noticed it before but this week its killing me.

      Hi Brandon,

It's normal for it to become louder/more noticeable when you actively try to listen to it. Just don't do that and it won't kill you :)

i have that - a second loud , clean tonal beeeep that comes and stays for 5 seconds..pretty scary at first but it always goes away so I am not scared anymore. I think its caused by anxiety .
The hissing sound never goes away but its a bit better now compared to 3 months ago.
