      Nope

I have tried moving my neck and head around in various positions and it makes no difference on my T.

Yes, mine does. It either stops for a second or is slightly quieter. It does not last long. I have severe hearing loss so it seemed odd to me but my ENTs were not fazed and had an explanation. Something about ear canal and auditory nerve position.

When I lean forward or tilt my head a certain way it gets worse, but not better. If I clench my teeth, it gets a bit worse. I wonder if a night-time mouth guard would help. I think I have a teeth-clenching issue.

The most annoying of my tones stops for a brief second when I move my head on the bed. It is a pulsatile tone around 1000 Hz. I also wonder if it could explain something, or maybe have a specific cure.
