Watching TV is one of the things that I cant definitely notice my T. It seems alot louder then.

Not that I am aware of. If that were the case I would have thought my T would get really quiet during the night and morning, but most of the time it is loudest then.

Old CRT TV's drive me insane, that horrible high pitched noise is a killer. A lot of cheap electronic devices have that awful noise that makes my T worse.

Are these frequencies enough to cause further damage / spikes ?

Although not really electronic (it's electric) ... a hair dryer for sure .. I have industrial ear muffs that I always wear if I need to dry my hair after a late shower .... but even then my tinnitus spikes so I try to avoid using it at all ... if I do it's for the shortest time possible ... i get a headache if I go to sleep with wet hair ....
